Profile

My two main vocational interests in life are acting/drama and Psychotherapy/transformational and healing work. Psychophonetics, having been developed out of drama meets both of these streams of interest and has given me an approach which resonates naturally with me. It is both deeply ensouled and also works directly into the will and into action within one’s life. I learnt to trust myself and to look after myself, through this approach and I enjoy so much witnessing the developing of this self trust and inner strength with those I work with.

I have worked with many different presenting issues - anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, loss of life direction, disordered eating, recovery from sexual abuse, recovery from physical abuse, recovery from emotional abuse, recovery from reality abuse, recovery from childhood trauma, fear of intimacy, recovery from divorce, relationship struggles, emotional exhaustion, blocked creativity, disassociation.

Beneath any of these issues is the person who is suffering them. This person has within them the key to their own healing, to their own overcoming of their present reality. It is our task, together to find/activate this key.
