Exploring Biography
Discovering meaning in your life patterns
with Jill FowlerShort course beginning Tuesday June 26
Participants will have an opportunity for reviewing significant life experiences and attitudes, discovering themes/patterns, enriching our self-understanding and compassion.
Opportunities are offered to transform the effects on our lives and inner dynamics.
Our bodies carry our histories - they contain every chapter
of our lives.
Our attitudes and beliefs are living in us and influence who we are,
like the rings on a tree, every age resounds in us
Biographical work enables us to review behavioral patterns and difficult emotions, to make new choices, to live our lives more consciously and powerfully.
Each week will focus on reviewing in depth, the different 7-year phases of development according to Rudolph Steiner.
Different creative modes will be used in small groups, including symbolic mementos, dramatic replay, games, drawing and writing.
