Background

Adrian has been involved with various anthroposophic (Rudolf Steiner) based initiatives for the past 18 years and trained as a Psychophonetics practitioner in both Australia and South Africa where he spent time with people from a variety of different cultures, social backgrounds and traditions, as part of his training and skills development.

These experiences included working with abused children in an orphanage, with men in a Moslem drug rehabilitation centre, with men’s circles/groups and with men, women and young people as individual clients, with a wide array of issues.  He also spent many, many hours on his own issues and inner struggles, using himself as a sounding board for Psychophonetics counselling and psychotherapy.

Adrian has a passion for working with people to help and guide them to find their true potential and passions in life. He works in a unique professional and creative way that supports and encourages people to take responsibility and care for their own lives.

Adrian gives regular workshops in

  • personal and professional development
  • group facilitation training
  • the art of playing the didgeridoo
  • bio-dynamic gardening
  • anthroposophical studies
  • performance poetry
  • couples workshops (The Naked Truth)

The Eco-Soul Bush Experience

This is something that Adrian has developed that incorporates Psychophonetics, nature study and human and spiritual observation to help people to explore, transform and heal their issues and questions. It is a one day outing into the bush for individuals, couples or small groups to explore, transform, and/or empower them selves. Using nature as a mirror and a metaphor for the inner soul and spirit, Adrian guides people through their issues and questions with this unique personal experience.

Earth Song Didgeridoo’s

Adrian likes to spend time playing and teaching the art of playing the didgeridoo and spends many hours in the bush finding naturally hollow timbers to work with and create into playable didges. Using the didgeridoo on the body and creating a vibrational sensation, Adrian uses the didge to help people unlock stored tension, emotions, blockages and pain, allowing them to find a space to help aid the healing process in the human body, mind, soul or spirit.

Adrian has facilitated healing with the didge and the art of playing the didge workshops in Australia, Dubai and South Africa.

Adrian is married with a blended family of 6 children and loves to spend time swimming in the ocean, writing, reading, playing games, gardening, bush walking, photography, watching footy, pottering in the shed and sleeping in on weekends - when he gets a chance!

Adrian works with people in a very professional, yet fun and fresh way, to help encourage and guide them to find their own unique way of exploring and finding their own way forward. Adrian believes strongly that by working in a holistic way, with body, mind, soul and spirit, true healing can be found for everyone.
