Through the short courses and workshop program we will be:

  • Creating a safe space to share and to express who we are on our soul journey
  • Exploring issues arising from the needs and wishes of group members
  • Creating a process of learning from and with each other
  • Focusing on our experience and the choices we make in life as the source of self-knowledge and inner knowing
  • Developing skills to become more aware and conscious in our thoughts, feelings and actions
  • Participating in an experiential approach that embraces our whole being, as body, soul & spirit

Participants are encouraged to focus on inner experience and expression.

A range of ways for expressing, communicating and sharing within a safe group setting will be experienced.

The facilitators are bringing a wide range of skills and knowledge including the framework of Anthroposophy (Rudolf Steiner’s spiritual work) and the tools of Psychophonetics (an expressive therapy that embraces the whole human being as body, soul and spirit) as well as their creative skills to share with participants.
